A Kuwaiti media personality, journalist, program presenter, and poet, who earned a BA in history from Beirut Arab University in 1974 and diplomas in media. She began working as an editor and presenter on Kuwait Radio in 1975 and in the media field in 1967. She voice-acted in the first Kuwaiti film, Enough, Cruel Sea. She wrote songs for artists Awad Al Dukhi and Fayza Ahmed. She also wrote the first poem eulogizing the late Abdullah Al Salem in 1966. She wrote her first articles in 1975 in Al Yaqza magazine, about romance in Saudi poetry, and she still writes in Kuwaiti newspapers. She edited and presented Gulf Graces, a program that records human giving.
