A Turkish actor, born on February 21, 1978 in the Turkish province of Malatya. He moved with his family to Istanbul in 1983 when he was five years old. His father worked as a primary school teacher. After graduation, he went to the United States of America to learn English. Then, after several years, he returned to Turkey again and joined Yeditepe Üniversitesi to complete his higher studies. He joined an advertising agency and appeared in advertisements as an advertising face and a model. He appeared on the screens for the first time as an actor through a small role in the series All My Children (2004). Since then, he starred in several dramas, including Leylan (2007) which marked his real beginning.
