An American actor, born on March 26, 1891, in San Francisco, United States, and worked as a journalist before starting his career in show business. He began his acting life in vaudeville and later moved to the theater. He also worked on radio, appearing in more than 5,000 programs in 1934, participating in many diverse works. He died on June 19, 1962 in Hollywood in the United States of cancer.
