A Syrian director, born in Damascus. She holds a master’s in cinematic and audiovisual studies from the University of Paris. She had experience in film production and distribution through her work at the French company Les Films d'Ici. She also worked as an assistant director on several Syrian films, including Public Relations, Out of Coverage, and Days of Boredom. She now lives and works in Paris. My Favorite Fabric is her first feature film, after three short films.
