An Iranian director, born in the city of Tehran, Iran. His artistic contributions varied between directing, acting, writing, editing, and designing cinematic scenes. He obtained a diploma in computer science, before receiving a bachelor’s degree in film directing from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Tehran. He also obtained a Master's in Theater Arts. During his artistic career, he held many creative and scientific positions, such as a member of the Editing Center at the Iranian House of Cinema, and a member of the Iranian Directors Association at the Iranian House of Cinema. He also taught film directing and editing at the College of Fine Arts and was head of the Cinema Department at the University of Art.
