He is a Palestinian-Australian actor. He has played important roles in many Australian films and television series. He starred in the Shakespearean epic "Othello," which was shown at the Sydney Opera, where Australian newspapers described his performance as a genius. He is known for Safe Harbour (2018), Alex & Eve (2016), and The Secrets She Keeps (2020). He won the Silver Logie Award for Most Outstanding Supporting Actor for his role in Safe Harbour (2018).
