Her first appearance in American cinema was in the lead role of the movie Teresa (1951), through which she won the Golden...Read more Globe Award for Best Young Actress, she also followed it by participating in many artistic works. She only had one son from her husband, Vic Damone, and they got divorced in 1958, after a marriage that lasted for four years. She died in Beverly Hills, the United States.
