She is an Irish-Australian actress, born on January 6, 1977, in Dublin, Ireland, and raised in Adelaide, Australia. She is the eldest among her four siblings. In 2000, she graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art in Sydney. A week after her graduation, she appeared in several theatre productions and moved on to appear in both films and TV shows. Her screen debut was in Beastmaster (2001). She is known for The Dry (2020), Andor (2022-2023), and Rogue One (2016).
