An Italian actress, who has appeared in more than twenty films since 1987. She was born on May 16, 1963, in Legnano, Lombardy, Italy. Marina began her acting studies in late 1982. About two years later, she wrote her first play. In 2000, she won both the Silver Ribbon and David di Donatello Awards for Best Supporting Actress in Bread and Tulips. Her credits include Letters to Juliet (2010), Pane e tulipani (2000), and Così è la vita (1998).
