A playwright, television writer, and screenwriter, based between New York and London. She hails from Aiea, Hawaii. She has taught playwriting in the MFA program at UT Austin, New York University, and Yale University, as well as many institutions. She holds a BFA from NYU Tisch’s Dramatic Writing program and an MFA from Yale School of Drama. She is the recipient of an Audrey Woods Fellowship and Eugene O'Neill Memorial Scholarship. Some of her works are Succession (2018) and Brooklyn Love Stories (2019).
