A British actor, born on September 14, 1934, in Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom. Blythe studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He received the Clarence Derwent Award for "The Chairman." His works include A Challenge for Robin Hood (1967), Rumpole of the Bailey (1983-1992), and The Barchester Chronicles (1982). He died on June 27, 2004, in Dorset, England, United Kingdom.
