After completing her studies at Tring Park School of Dramatic Art, she graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London in 2010, at the age of 20 or 21. Shortly, she signed with the management of Tavistock Wood in London. She started her acting career in the British TV series Just William (2010). After her role in the drama series Downton Abbey (2012-2015), her film achievement was the starring role in Cinderella (2015).
