She is a Chinese actress, born in Shanghai, China, as Tsai Chin Zhou. Her father is Zhou Xinfang. She was the first Chinese student to study at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She received a master's degree at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. She is known for her roles in Memoirs of a Geisha (2005), Casino Royale (2006), and Now You See Me 2 (2016). |She has been married several times and has one child. She won a Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for Featured Performance for The Woman Warrior in 1995.
