An American actress, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. She is also the daughter of an actor. Arletta Duncan signed a contract with Universal Pictures to play the role of bridesmaid Elizabeth, played by May Clarke, in the 1931 film Frankenstein, followed by Back Street (1932) and Mile a Minute Love (1937). Duncan died in Santa Ana, California, in the United States of America.
