He was a German actor, born on August 10, 1932, in Berlin, Germany. Holtz studied acting at the Deutsches Theater Institut in Weimar and at the Theaterhochschule Leipzig. He is known for Good Bye Lenin! (2003), Hamlet_X (2003), and Reporter (1989). He passed away on June 21, 2020, in Berlin.
