Sonya Jean Eddy is an American actress. She was born on June 17, 1967, in Concord, California, USA. She graduated from the University of California, Davis, where she majored in Theater and Dance, obtaining her bachelor's degree in 1992. She received an Arty Award for her powerful portrayal of Bloody Mary in "South Pacific". Her works include Fresh Off the Boat (2015-2017) and Pee-wee's Big Holiday (2016).
