American film director and producer of Iranian and Greek descent. Her artistic beginning was in theatre, where she studied classical acting at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City and later at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in London. Her works include Xtreme and An Astrological Guide for Broken Hearts.
