American actor, voice actor, painter, and animator born Frank Carr on 17 May 1906 in Bayonne, New Jersey, US. He worked in TV and film from the 1930s until the mid-1960s. He appeared in over 100 films and did voice work in over 25 animated film for MGM. His debut was on Bars and Stripes (1931). His other notable works include M Squad (1957) and The Private Lives of Adam & Eve (1960). His final appearance was on Flipper (1965). He died on 2 February 1967 in Calexico, California, US.
