He was a Canadian actor, born on December 25, 1913, in Nova Scotia, Canada, as Russell Beurling Titus. He started his acting career in I'll Be Seeing You (1954). He is known for The Wind and the Lion (1975), A Countess from Hong Kong (1967), and The Avengers (1966). He died on June 29, 1976 in London, England.
