He is a British writer, born on January 6, 1968, in London, UK. He is known for Offside (2002), Death of England: Face to Face (2021), and Soon Gone: A Windrush Chronicle (2019). In the 2008 Queen's Birthday Honours List, he received the OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) for his contributions to drama.
