She is a German actress, born on May 20, 1958, in Arnsberg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. She completed her acting training at the Theater der Keller in Cologne. After that, she was mainly employed and appeared at different theaters. Since 2006, she has appeared in numerous supporting roles in German and foreign film and television productions. She is known for Babylon Berlin (2017), Charité (2021), and The Book Thief (2013).
