An American actress, born in New York City, USA, on October 23, 1892. She is known for A Dangerous Game (1941), Modern Times (1936), Junior Prom (1946), and Blazing Sixes (1937). Mira provided a number of supporting roles. She was of Scottish origin, and her father was a famous lawyer. She made her acting debut in Modern Times (1936) and ended her career with an episode of The Sheriff of Cochise (1957). She died in Los Angeles, California, USA, on May 2, 1978.
