He is a Canadian actor and writer, born on August 29, 1965, in Peterborough, Canada. He was the lead singer in the musical comedy group Corky and the Juice Pigs, where he performed worldwide. They won several awards before breaking up in 1988. He contributed to the TV show Comedy Now! by writing the episode "Wood, Cheese, and Children," in which he appeared as himself. He produced, wrote, and appeared in several productions. He is known for The Love Guru (2008), Grossology (2006-2007), and The Seán Cullen Show (2003). He has won a lot of awards and nominations for Best Writing and Best Performance, including the Gemini Awards, the Canadian Screen Award, and the Canadian Comedy Award. He is married to Kimberley Temple.
