He is an Iranian actor, born on March 1, 1944, in Tehran, Iran. He left Iran in the mid-80s and went to Canada, India, and the USA, but he eventually returned. He is known for his roles in Receiver (2012), Strait (1973), and The Bondwoman (1974). He received a Diploma of Honor at the Fajr Film Festival for Best Actor for his role in Receiver (2012).
