He is a Brazilian writer, born on November 27, 1963, in Pernambuco, Brazil. His notable works include Doomed (2014), Linha de Passe (2008), and Land of the Strong (2018). Among his numerous awards and nominations, he shared the Cinema Brazil Grand Prize for "Best Screenplay, Adapted (Melhor Roteiro Adaptado)" for O Grande Circo Místico (2018).
