She worked in American cinema, playing the roles of Italian and Spanish women. Rosina Galli was born into an Italian theatrical family and studied ballet. She began acting as a child, and from the age of 8 until her early adulthood, she worked as a ballerina at the Metropolitan Opera, then started working in Hollywood in the mid-1930s as an actress. She returned to Italy and appeared in Italian and British films until 1950. She also worked in the Italian dubbing of American films. She died in Madrid, Spain, on December 3, 1969.
