He is best known for his roles in the films: Traffic Signal, Bakhit and Adela, and Downtown Girls. As for the TV dramas, his most famous roles were in Zezenia, Opera Aida, and Auntie Nour.

Together they...Read more formed a troupe in the early 1980s that was known as (“The Four Ms”) which assumed roles in several theatrical performances which include “Ashra Alla Bab Al Wazeer”. His sister Maha would later take up acting as a career and after the troupe was disbanded he was free to work on television and cinema projects. Among the acting performances where his talents were most apparent were “Hawanem Garden City”, “Nisf Rabie Al Akhir” and “Ziziniyah”. He is married to someone he met outside of the acting community and he has two children named Kamal and Mariam.
