Ansel Elgort is an American actor. He began his career through professional stage acting. His first on-screen role was a secondary role in the 2013 remake of Carrie. Elgort's breakthrough film role was that of Caleb in Divergent, which landed him other roles in upcoming...Read more productions. In May 2013, after the filming of Divergent was completed, it was announced that Elgort would be playing the role of Augustus Waters in the film adaptation of John Green's novel The Fault in Our Stars, alongside his Divergent co-star Shailene Woodley. He was also cast in the Jason Reitman comedy film Men, Women & Children. Ansel has also been modeling since a young age, doing shoots for Teen Vogue and toerh magazines with his sister and dad who are professional photographers.
