“El Fil Fee Al Mendil” (“An Elephant in a Napkin”) Completes its Production Phase with Preparations being made for A Screening during the Midyear Holiday

The cast and crew of “El Fil fel Mandil: Sa’id Harakat” have completed filming the remaining scenes of the title yesterday Wednesday. It is expected that the work will premier in theaters over the midyear break. The title features the talents of Tal’aat Zakariyah, Reem Al Baroudy, Youssif Sha’aban, Ramy Wahid and Menna A’rafah and adapts a screenplay that was authored by Noha Al A’mrousy and Tal’aat Zakariyah. Ahmed Al Badry directed the title.“El Fil fel Mandil: Sa’id Harakat” assumes a comedic air and relates the story of an Egyptian intelligence officer named A’mr Al Shazly. Al Shazly travels to France on a covert mission, and, upon his arrival Mossad agents begin to suspect that he is acting on a secret agenda. Thus the Egyptian intelligence send Harakat (“Tal’aat Zakariyah”) after Al Shazly with instructions to aid his cover up as part of an operation they name “El Fil fel Mandil” (“An Elephant in a Napkin”). However it is not long before the Mossad become suspicious of Harakat as well.
