Duraid Lahhaam returns to TV

Great Syrian actor Duraid Lahhaam decided to play the lead role in the TV series “Kharba”, written by Dr. Mamdouh Hamaada and directed Al-Laith Hajjo. Lahhaam plays “Bu-Nemr”, the leader of one of two families at loggerheads. He gets angry and nervous quickly yet he is kindhearted.The series’ crew films in a village in Southern Syrian Countryside that still keeps its primitive character. The series, starring a group of actors such as Rasheed ‘Assaaf and Doha al-Debs, tries to keep up with the currents events on both Syrian and Arab scenes.
