Comedian Mohamed Saad explained that he chose to write the story for his own movie because it reflected his personal experience in the people’s committee during the revolution. He explained how he was on guard daily with many other people and how they were exposed to thugs and criminals and the kind of intimidation they had to undergo. So as soon as actress and director Isaad Younis gave him the idea of the movie, he started writing it straight away. Saad added that he is pleased with his movie even if it was not topping the box office , and although the revenues of the movie were 19 million Egyptian pounds but it still covered its expenses and was considered a success. As for Saad, he revealed his wish to change the image imprinted in the audience about him ever since his smashing success in “Al Lembi” 2002. His real desire is to come out of this comedy frame, but he is scared that the audience will get shocked if he tries to do that. Nevertheless, he is adamant to try and change his roles in the upcoming productions.
