A few hours before recording the musical “Tomorrow” in Doha, singer Magda El Roomy gave a note to producer Quincy Jones that she is withdrawing from the recording session.Although Magda has been an essential part of the team from the beginning and was involved in writing most of the lyrics, she explained that her withdrawal was due to the unprofessional behavior that was followed in regards to the contract written and her personal belief that the other stars participating in the musical are not what she had expected. Her lawyer gave notice to the producer that she is withdrawing and giving up the lyrics she had written on her behalf in cooperation with Moroccan Habib Younis. The musical involves many Arab stars such as Tamer Hosni and Sherin Abdel Wahab from Egypt, Kazem El Saher from Iraq, Asaala from Syria, Nancy Agram from Syria and many more. They are all scheduled to be recording the musical in Doha today.
