Mohamed Saad expresses his opinion in comedians of his generation: Henaidi, Helmy and Mekki

Comedian Mohamed Saad’s cinema career started with his movie “El Lembi” in 2002, and ever since he was never too keen on interviews, yet, in an interview with Saad for the magazine “For Her” Mohamed Saad discussed his new movie “Tek Tek Boom” that was released last Eid. When questioned, Saad offered his opinion about his colleagues and competitors at the same time Henaidi, Helmy and Mekki. These 3 are considered the real opponents for Saad within his generation. Saad considers Mohamed Henaidi “the star of the generation” since he believes that he started the first real step in comedy and opened the door for others especially new faces. He has a large scale of audience and fans that admire and appreciate his comedy ever since he started in the nineties. Saad believes that all contemporary comedians owe him.As for Ahmed Helmy, he believes that he comes in second place after Henaidi. Helmy is smart and regenerating his trend of work continuously. As for Ahmed Mekki , Saad described him as a unique character who’s courage enables him to venture in areas of comedy never before spoken of.
