Ruling on the issue of Tamer Hosni’s theft of the song “Nour Einy” has been postponed.

Despite Egyptian pop start Tamer Hossni being away in Bahrain for his New Year concert, yet a ruling came out today from the courthouse handling misdemeanors that postponed the verdict against both Tamer Hossni and producer Mohamed El Sobky for stealing the lyrics of the song “shaanoona” that was released in Tamer’s recent movie “Nour Einy” till the 28th of January 2012.According to “Al Wafd” newspaper a hearing was held in the presence of Judge Mohamed Samir, Iman El Imam, Ahmed Ezzat and the secretariat Hassan Ahmed.The case started when song writer Mahmoud Salah filed a law suit against Tamer Hossni and producer Mohamed El Sobky for stealing the lyrics of his song “Shaanoona” , which later on Tamer included in his movie (Nour Einy) without his approval. Salah is demanding a compensation of 5001LE.
