Disney negotiates with Colin Farrell to participate in "Saving Mr Banks"

Current negotiations are going with Colin Farrell for him to participate in "Saving Mr Banks" in which Kevin Costner portrays Walt Disney.The film documents behind the scenes of sorts to the film "Marry Poppins" and how it took Walt Disney 14 years to convince the author of the novel to use it to make a film.Farrell will play the author's father who died when she was 7, who inspired her to create Banks' character. He will appear in flash back scenes while the author will be played by Emma Thompson. It will be directed by John Lee Hancock.Farrell is currently filming his scenes in "Dead Man Down" and awaits the release of his film "Total Recall" next August.
