According to the law: Loay doesn't owe his producer any money.

Loay's legal counselor said to that they have won two of six law suit cases against singer Loay that he owes his producer Richard El Haj money for cancelling the contract he had signed with him. The court has ordered the Loay is innocent after appointing an expert to look into this matter and still has four cases to look into.The counselor believes that with the sentence in those two cases means they have good chance in winning the rest. On the other hand, Loay is checking a few offers from production companies and hasn't chosen one yet. He is also choosing a few new songs to be ready if he receives a new contract.
