According to Heat Vision website; director Peter Jackson is meeting with Warner Bros., producer Fran Walsh and writer Phillipa Boinz to negotiate a third part for the "Hobbits".A close resource to Warner Bros has assured that they are determined to make this decision very soon to be able to make the film. Some scenes might need to be re-shot or a re-make of the shooting material might be required. Jackson, in his statement to Hitfix website, said that there are many scenes he was not able to add to the two parts, and there are many important subjects he was forced to discard to avoid pressuring the films. The two parts are a prequel for the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy which is about Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman), a hobbit with an ordinary life, who is visited by Gandalf the wizard who approached him with a number of hobbits who wanted to recover their stolen treasure by a vicious dragon and a group of monsters. Jackson has finished shooting both parts where the first "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" should hit theaters on 14 December 2012 and the second "The Hobbit: There and Back Again" will be released the same time one year later.
