Kuwaiti artist Shams to sing Gamal Bekhit's Poem “Din Abukum Esmo Eih”

Kwaiti artist Shams is preparing to release a new duet with young composer Muhamed Al Mahdi. Shams is going to sing the latest poem for the Egyptian poet Gamal Bekhit titled “Din Abukum Esmo eih.” The song is distributed by Mohamed Abbas and was recorded between Cairo and Dubai.

A press statement was released by the Kuwaiti artist's information desk, saying that Shams intended through this duet to fight extremism in all Arab countries. The artist also intended to declare her position concerning what's happening in some Arab countries.

The video for the new song will be filmed by the Egyptian director, Gamil Gamil El Moghazy.

In other news, Shams is preparing to fly from Dubai, her current residence, to her home country Kuwait to sing in some weddings there. She will also take advantage of being there to prepare some songs for her new album. The album should be released soon.
