Peter Mimi to Begin Shooting "Klaket," Within Curfew Confines

Director Peter Mimi has announced that he's preparing to shoot his new film "Klaket" (Clapperboard) this coming Wednesday in 6th of October City, pointing out that the first three days will be dedicated to shooting day-time scenes, seeing as they can only work until 8:00 PM on the dot due to the curfew.

Peter added that once they begin shooting the interior scenes in a studio, they will try to obtain a permit that will allow them to work beyond the hours of the curfew. Mimi stressed the need for all areas of life to resume and "to not surrender to the current events."

The film stars Amr Abdel Galil, Ola Ghanem, Randa Al-Behery, Ramzy Lehner, Ahmed Fouad Selim, Mimi Jamal, and Nadal Negm. Mimi, who wrote the story, shares writing credits with Mohamed Allam.
