Talaat Zakaria Denies Censors Objected to Morsi Parody Movie

Artist Talaat Zakaria denied the rumors that have been spreading around his new movie, “The President's Bodyguard.”Rumors said that the Egyptian Censorship Body had objected the movie because it criticizes comically the single year of Dr. Mohamed Morsi's rule, former Egyptian president.

Zakaria added that the movie is still under preparation. Working sessions are scheduled to start next week with screenwriter Youssef Maaty and director Said Hamed to finalize the final details and cast moninations.

Actor Hassan Youssef has been nominated to play the role of the president, for whom Zakaria is the bodyguard.

Previously, Talaat Zakaria played the role of the President's chef in a movie by the same name, which came out in 2008.
