Charlize Theron Undergoes Neck Surgery, Covers Her Neck with a Scarf

Actress Charlize Theron underwent a neck surgery recently after she was hurt on the set of “ Aeon Flux” in 2005.

The Beautiful Theron did not show any indication of having a surgery lately. She attended Variety's Power of Women event recently wearing a white scarf covering the band-aid on her neck.

The injury occurred when something hit Theron in the head on set, breaking a vertebra. It's been bothering her a lot lately so she underwent the surgery and they had to go through her neck.
