When Al-Ad'ashry steals the gold of Abu Ibrahim (Ibrahim's father), he kills the guard, Abu Sam'u (Sam'u's father). The neighborhood people try to find the culprit behind the two incidents.

Al-Ad'shry's wife is shocked when her husband buries Abu Sam'u in their house's cemetery. Bouran struggles with her husband's mistreatment of her.

Abu Ibrahim suspects that Al-Ad'shry is the one who stole the gold after he sees his shoes in his house. Chief Abu Saleh (Saleh's father) searches Al-Ad'shry's house, but he is unable to find anything.

When Abu Ibrahim files a complaint accusing Al-Ad'shry of stealing his gold, Abu Jawdat (Jawdat's father) tortures Al-Ad'shry.

Abu Maged (Maged's father) is put in charge of the neighborhood's security. Despite the torture, Al-Ad'shry refuses to admit to stealing the gold.

Cheif Abu Saleh asks Abu Ibrahim to drop the charges to get Al-Ad'shry released. Abu Hassan (Hassan's father) asks the chief to help the Palestinians and get them weapons.

In an attempt to clear his name, Al-Ad'shry accuses Abu Sam'u of stealing the gold. Abu Shehab (Shehab's father) decides to keep an eye on Al-Ad'shry. Abu Ibrahim drops the charges.

When he learns that Abu Shehab is monitoring him, Al-Ad'shry decides to leave the neighborhood. Abu Saleh asks Abu Al-Nar (Al-Nar's father) to intervene to get Al-Ad'shry back to the neighborhood.

Al-Ad'shry incites Abu Al-Nar against the neighborhood people. As Abu Al-Nar's aunt dies, the neighborhood people offer him their condolences.

Al-Ad'shry talks to Abu Al-Nar about the neighborhood people's harassment after he inherited the house from his aunt. It's revealed that Zahra has become deaf and mute as the result of a childhood fever.

As Issam learns that Sa'eid has beaten his sister Bouran, Mo'taz insults Sa'eid. Abu Issam (Issam's father) admonishes his children.

Abu Khater (Khater's father) decides to wed his daughter, Zahra, to Riad and cover all the expenses. Abu Shehab gives the Palestinian resistance money to buy weapons. Abu Dera' agrees to wed Shafiqa, Al-Ad'shry's daughter.

Shafiqa weds Abu Dera'. As Abu Issam decides to wed his son Issam to Lotfiya, Sou'ad decides to forestall the marriage due to her quarrel with Ferial.

When Abu Issam learns that Sou'ad has lied to him, he insists on getting Issam and Lotfiya married, forcing Sou'ad to visit Lotfiya's family to ask for her hand.

On Abu Saleh's orders, Ferial apologizes to Sou'ad as they agree on a date for the wedding. The two families prepare for the upcoming nuptials.

The neighborhood people decide to help Abu Ibrahim in his crisis. Abu Khater learns of Riad's decency and his care for his siblings. Al-Ad'shry's wife dies after a long period of illness.

Issam and Lotfiya officiate their marriage. Abu Shehab decides to put an end to Abu Al-Nar's behavior. Khater grows jealous of Riad and sabotages his business.

Abu Khater admonishes his son for harming Riad. Sam'u decides to join the police forces as a volunteer. The chief looks after an unstable beggar called Satif.

Abu Khater asks Riad to wed Zahra and offers to cover all the expenses, sharing the news that she has lost the ability to hear and speak. Al-Ad'shry treats his children harshly.

As Riad agrees to wed Zahra, Khater fears that Riad has his eyes on his father's fortune and refuses to let the marriage go through.

Al-Ad'shry joins the neighborhood people as they stand against Abu Al-Nar in an attempt to prevent him from going back home.

Despite Khater's refusal to go to work, he fails in his attempt to stop Zahra and Riad's wedding, who officiate their marriage, much to the happiness of Zahra's father.

Abu Shehab grows suspicious of Satif after the police raid his house. Zahra and Riad celebrate their wedding. Abu Al-Nar asks Abu Ghaleb to monitor Al-Ad'shry.

As the government starts to take back control of the lands that were seized illegally, Al-Ad'shry decides to take the gold out of his grandfather's tomb.

As Issam prepares for his wedding, his preparations are cut short as the wedding gets canceled after the death of the chief's son, Saleh.

As the police attack the revolutionaries, Al-Zeibaq dies. Ma'rouf dies after being bitten by a snake. Abu Shehab confirms that there is a spy among them.

Al-Ad'shry is tormented by guilt after the death of his son, Ma'rouf. Riad gets fed up with Khater's mistreatment and decides to put an end to it.

Abu Issam treats Abu Hassan after he gets injured. Riad gives up all the properties to Abu Khater and moves into his family home. Issam weds Lotfiya.

Khater apologizes to Riad. Al-Ad'shry catches Abu Satour as he tries to burn down Abu Shehab's shop. When Al-Ad'shry gets gangrene, his arm gets amputated, and the neighborhood people support him.

Abu Shehab asks the neighborhood's young men to stand guard. As Abu Hatem's infant son passes away, the neighborhood people try to console him.

Abu Dera's quits his job with Abu Al-Nar. Abu Shehab learns that Abu Al-Nar plans to harm him. Al-Ad'shry tries to come clean to the chief about the gold theft.

Al-Ad'shry tells the neighborhood people that he stole Abu Ibrahim's gold and killed Abu Sam'u, asking for their forgiveness. Al-Ad'shry passes away.

After the reveal of what his father had done, Sobhy sells the house and leaves the neighborhood. As Abu Samir gets killed, the chief tries to find his killer. It's revealed that Satif is the spy.
