The owner of the company where Wejdan works liquidates his business in Egypt and offers her a new position in Dubai. Hanan is dissatisfied to see her aunt's luxurious life compared to their humble life. Farid meets Lawahez.

An anonymous threatens to kill Salem, Wejdan's husband. Wejdan tells Salem she met their old friend Hassan Al-Sokkary. Farid marries Lawahez in secret. Wejdan and Salem discuss her job offer with the children, and Hanan's materialistic mindset shocks both parents.

Wejdan turns down the job offer and celebrates her birthday with family and friends. Hanan has a car accident and breaks her leg, landing Salem in trouble to get the hospital expenses, which Farid pays.

Wejdan asks Hassan to advocate for a friend's relative, but it turns out that Salem is the judge assigned to the case. Salem learns that businessman Fawzy Mesilhy framed his employee Elish for embezzlement and tax evasion.

Fawzy sends his men to bribe Salem to make sure he doesn't get convicted. Salem plots a scheme to have Fawzy and his men caught red-handed, but the men refuse to divulge Fawzy's whereabouts.

The default judgment has Fawzy sentenced to 15 years in prison, but he resumes his illegal acts as he plots for a drug-smuggling operation. Farid buys an apartment to serve as a secret store where Awny accidentally murders a girl. At court, Farghaly's son gives Salem a piece of paper.

Fawzy's men plot a car accident for Salem and his driver who enters a coma. The police investigate the accident and Wejdan tries to find Salem's bag. Fawzy's men torture Ateya to get him to reveal what was written on the paper.

Ateya escapes. Failing to come to a conclusion, the case is brought against persons unknown, which urges Wejdan to conduct her own investigations. Farghaly threatens to do harm to Salem's family if he reports Farid.

Lawahez asks for Farid's help, but he tells her he wants to steer clear of it. Najwan grieves over the recent losses and turbulence. When the driver wakes up from the coma, she visits him but fails to get any information.

Wejdan and Hassan get a record of the cases assigned to Salem to find out which might have caused this trouble. Farid gets mad at Awny who started working with Salah Abdel Mejid. Fawzy encourages Farid to run for the elections.

Wejdan wonders how come an underprivileged man like Farghaly owns a luxurious apartment. Aly learns of Farid's tax evasion. Ateya reaches the conclusion that it is Farid behind his father's imprisonment.

Wejdan decides to pursue a career as a lawyer to help Salem. Farid tries to find Ateya. Fawzy plots to flee the country. Awny gets Salah into trouble when he exchanges the goods. Ragaa' suspects Farid is seeing someone.

Salah asks for Wejdan's help against Awny. Wahdan's family participate in the demonstrations against the Iraq War. Wejdan helps her neighbors who seek her help.

Wejdan finds out who replaced Salah's shipment. Ramy gets into a bad mood following his argument with Farid. Awny advises Farid to keep his family away from politics if he is to run for the elections.

The court rules in Salah's favor. Farid tries to win Aly over. Farid quarrels with Lawahez. Ateya confirms that Farid is behind his father's accident and vows revenge.

Farid bribes a colleague of Aly's to coat his tax evasion. Farid urges Lawahez to abort the baby. Wejdan visits Salem's driver. Hazem travels to Luxor to resume his career as a doctor there.

Farid threatens to murder Farghaly. Lawahez runs away. Medhat proposes to Wafaa', and Ragaa' rejects him. Aly falls ill after the dispute at work.

Wejdan supports Aly against Farid. Fawzy reveals to Awny and Farid information about his next drug shipment. Lawahez decides to travel to Luxor where Ateya is.

Hazem travels to Luxor. Ragaa' laments the sadness looming over her children. Wejdan decides to sell a piece of Salem's land but learns it is already sold. Farid searches for Lawahez.

Hazem and Ateya cross paths with Lawahez in Luxor. Farid prepares for his upcoming elections. Fawzy's associate blackmails him for money.

Ragaa' asks Wejdan to help Farid with his elections. Wejdan wins a case. Awny advises Farid not to get so busy with the elections that he will neglect their business. Wejdan takes driver Radwan to a psychiatrist to help him talk and reveal what happened on the night of the accident.

Wejdan's neighbors meet with Farid to discuss their problems and Aly brings up the tax evasion matter. It turns out that Lawahez is pregnant with a twin. Dosa, Fawzy's ex, learns about his illegal acts, and when she threatens him, he runs to Upper Egypt.

Wafaa' and Medhat get married. Wejdan's family travels to Luxor where she meets Lawahez and learns of her story. Wejdan suggests that Lawahez file a lawsuit against her husband. Fawzy is arrested.

At prison, Fawzy's worst nightmare becomes true when he meets everyone he has ever wronged. Radwan regains his memory and recalls what happened. Wejdan visits Farghaly at prison to learn what was written on the paper.

Farghaly refuses to confess anything to Wejdan. Farid wins the Parliament elections. Upon learning of what Fawzy's men have done to his son Ateya, and what Farid did to Lawahez, Farghaly changes his mind and decides to reveal the truth to Wejdan.

Farghaly tells Wejdan about Farid's marriage to Lawahez and she remembers how she promised to help Lawahez. Wejdan tries to find the waiver contract of the apartment that Farghaly signed to Farid.

Wejdan exposes Farid's crimes to Ragaa', but she is disheartened by her uncooperativeness. Farid wonders why Ragaa' has turned cold with him.

Ragaa' travels to Luxor with Wejdan to meet Lawahez and the three women set a trap for Farid. Hassan tries to find Bor'ie. Fawzy thinks of escaping from prison.

Fawzy asks Awny and Farid to kill Bor'ie when he threatens them. Ragaa' ploys a scheme where Farid meets Lawahez, and upon finding out about their scheme together, Farid divorces both women. The search for Bor'ie continues.

Ragaa' forces Farid to relinquish his fortune to their children. Fawzy's plot to escape from prison is thwarted. Bor'ie is arrested and so is Farid and Awny. Farghaly is released.
