As Abu Kawthar (Kawthar's father) accuses Rafid of trying to rob his house, Rafid gets detained for interrogation, and his friend visits him and appoints a lawyer to defend him. Maimoun asks for Najat’s hand in marriage, but she rejects him.

Abu Kawthar asks Abu Rafid for his money in exchange for dropping the case and releasing Rafid from prison. Saeb asks Lamia to mediate with the department so that he can obtain approval to complete his project.

Lamia feels sad because she has not given birth, and Ayoub tries to console her. Sadad's mother goes to the fortune teller so he can give her a charm for her son, while Abu Kawthar insists on receiving money in exchange for dropping the case.

Rafid is released and pledges not to attack Abu Kawthar. Mahjoub resigns from the department and works in his workshop; meanwhile, the department agrees to Saeb’s request. As for Kawthar, she meets Rafid at the college with great joy at his return.

Rafid tells his mother that he wants to take revenge on Abu Kawthar for the money he wrongly took from his father. Mustafa tries to get closer to Kawthar.

Najat loves Murad and does not want to marry Maimoun. Abu Shama seeks to take revenge on Tahseen through his son Atheer, so he makes him engage in partying and keeps him away from his studies.

Abu Rafid gets imprisoned because of the bounced deeds, so Rafid sells the house to get him out. Lamia goes to the fortune teller so he can find a solution for her to get pregnant. Ayoub finds a baby in front of his door, so he picks him up and takes him.

As Lamia is very happy with the baby, she takes him from her husband and takes care of him. Rafid receives the deposit to pay off his father’s debts. As for Najat, she agrees with Murad to marry upon his return from the city.

Abu Rafid is released, while Atheer drops out of college due to his many absences. Ayoub decides to search for the baby's family.

Abu Najat dies, and all the villagers mourn for him. As for Atheer, he engages in theft with Abu Shama, and when Ayoub learns of the state he has reached, he asks to meet him.

Ayoub decides to register the baby as his son because he could not reach his family. As for Murad, he reveals that Khayoun was the one who killed Abu Najat, and Najat fears for him.

Kawthar goes to the department to check her appointment file and tells her mother about her attachment to Atheer, while he feels sad about what happened to him and blames his father for leaving him. Maimon wants to do the operation without Khayoun.

Abu Rafid decides to open a store next to Abu Kawthar's, which angers the latter. Ayoub and Lamia prepare the room for the child they have adopted and are happy with him.

Rafid opens the shop, and Lina tries to help him by giving him her gold to finance his project. As for Atheer, he refuses to meet Ayoub and continues to walk on Issam’s path, while Khayoun wants to seize Najat’s land.

Mustafa returns to his home after quarreling with Atheer and meets Rafid, who decides to help him, while Maimoun works in smuggling alone, without Khayoun.

Rafid quarrels with Abu Kawthar and tries to hit him while Atheer tells Kawthar that he has broken off his relationship with Rafid and Mustafa.

Abu Kawthar is killed, and Kawthar accuses Rafid of killing him. Rafid, Sadad, and Mustafa are arrested for interrogation, and Atheer feels remorseful because he did what Issam told him and sold the house and building.

The fortune teller recognizes the killer of Abu Kawthar and informs Abu Rafid, who in turn informs the officer about him. The baby falls ill and Ayoub carries him to the hospital. As for Maimoun, he quarrels with Murad, but the latter kills him.

Kawthar wants to take revenge on her father's killer despite her mother's refusal. As for Maimoun's father, he asks his men to search for Murad and bring him to him after seeing his son's body. Sadad's health condition deteriorates in prison amid his mother's intense grief.

Tahseen returns to Iraq and finds that his house and building have been sold by deceiving Atheer, and the latter is arrested before he escapes.

Tahseen is surprised that his son sold the house and is released from detention prison. Rafid's case is still before the court, and the officer arrests the strange man who was found at the moment of Abu Kawthar's murder.

Najat dies while giving birth to her daughter, so Daoud takes her and gives her to Lamia to take care of her. Rafid is proven innocent and is released after Faraj is proven guilty.

Atheer is accused of forging a power of attorney to sell his father's property. Khayoun and Faraj get arrested. Meanwhile, Lamia is saddened by her brother Saeb's involvement.

Abu Rafid celebrates the release of his son and Mustafa from prison. Atheer also gets released pending the resolution of the case. Lamia asks her husband to attend her brother Saeb’s hearing, but he refuses.

Youssef and Najat grow up. Lamia treats Youssef harshly, especially after he has told her that the children at school told him he is a foundling.

Lamia feels jealous of Youssef over Ayoub, especially since he wants to sign over his properties to him, so she asks him for a divorce, and he agrees. Youssef leaves the house and disappears.

Najat studies at the Faculty of Medicine. The selling of fuel on the black market and its monopoly by a group of young people gets worse, so Ayoub searches for them.

Youssef steals cars and sells fuel surreptitiously. Ayoub's car gets stolen by Youssef's gang, and Lamia works as a nurse in a children's hospital.

Youssef returns the car in front of Ayoub's house with the will inside. Najat notices someone watching her, and the police arrest a member of the gang.

Youssef gets arrested, and Ayoub sues him without knowing he is his son. However, he discovers his identity and is shocked.
