Dr. Hamed's wish to marry Ehsan meets an obstacle when Ehsan and her parents go to meet his family, and her mother judges his family as being beneath them. Ehsan decides to run away and marry Hamed, but he refuses. When his sick mother becomes in need of a blood transfusion, Ehsan donates the blood.
