When Abdel Rahim drives Mahasen home at night, Sayed sees them and stabs her. Abdel Rahim grabs the knife so he gets accused of the crime after Farid lies and claims that he didn't see anything. Abdel Rahim is sentenced to life, and Awatef asks him for a divorce.

Bahnas takes Abdel Rahim to live with him. When Zeinab researches an investigative report about former inmates who were released from prison, she finds Abdel Rahim's name. Abdel Rahim opens a kiosk to sell groceries and learns that Farid owns a company now.

Abdel Rahim meets Farid who has lost the ability to speak. Zeinab pretends to be a customer to speak to Abdel Rahim. Bahnas finds Awatef's address. Awatef cries when she sees the pictures Zeinab took of Abdel Rahim.

When Awatef grows fearful that Zeinab could discover that Abdel Rahim is her father, she reports the removal of Abdel Rahim's kiosk to the Prisoners Welfare Office. Abdel Rahim is so saddened by what Gamalat and Mounira say that he blows up when he goes to obtain a license to move his kiosk.

When Abdel Rahim takes the doctor's magazine to Samiha, Awatef opens the door and Abdel Rahim learns of his daughters' identities. Awatef passes out and Zeinab goes to confront Abdel Rahim who tells her that he is her father.

Zeinab mulls over what Abdel Rahim said about being wrongfully convicted. Awatef is concerned that Zeinab will see the photos. Samiha sees Zeinab and Abdel Rahim hugging.

Abdel Rahim prevents Zeinab from telling Samiha the truth. Zeinab confronts Awatef about how she withheld the truth of her father's identity from her. Ibrahim confronts Abdel Rahim about his relationship with his daughters. Zeinab asks Samiha to have Zaher check on Farid.

Abdel Rahim asks Zeinab to continue her investigative report. As Zeinab publishes her report, it's met with great success and Abdel Rahim becomes well-known. When Hosny marries Farida, Abdel Rahim sees Sayed at the wedding.

After Abdel Rahim confronts Sayed, he tells Bahnas that he is going to leave the country. As he tries to give the kiosk back to the Prisoners Welfare Office, they convince him to move it to another place. Abdel Rahim attends Samiha's swimming championship.

When Abdel Rahim talks to Zaher about his relationship with Samiha, Zaher changes the way he treats her, but Samiha fights with Zeinab for having Abdel Rahim interfere with their lives. Ibrahim suspects that Awatef has met Abdel Rahim.

Awatef leaves the house for Kamilia's apartment. Sayed warns Shawkat and tells him that Abdel Rahim is Kamilia's father. Hosny and Zeinab confirm that Sayed is the real criminal. Mounira grows jealous of Gamalat.

Shawkat wants Abdel Rahim to stay away from Kamilia. Awatef asks Abdel Rahim to stay away from her daughters. Kamilia asks Shawkat for a divorce. Zaher thinks that Abdel Rahim send his wife a letter about his relationship with Samiha.

Abdel Rahim asks Shawkat not to divorce Kamilia but Shwakat quarrels with him. Kamilia tells Samiha that Abdel Rahim is her father. Samiha tells Zaher about Abdel Rahim's identity.

Sayed has Ibrahim talk to Abdel Rahim about the girls. Hosny learns that Sayed has been killed. Farid's surgery is a success and he tells Samiha that Abdel Rahim wasn't having a relationship with Mahasen, neither did he kill her. Bahnas tells Mounira to stay away from Abdel Rahim.

As Abdel Rahim leaves Bahnas's apartment, he is arrested for killing Sayed but his daughters, Mounira and Bahnas testify for him. As Hosny shares a picture of the real killer, Abdel Rahim is released. Ibrahim takes him to his daughters.
