Saqr quarrels with Ra'ed for his relationship with Aseel. Salem asks his assistant to buy all the shares in the company, so that his share becomes larger than Nayef's. Shams has to work in an agency for begging to support her blind mother. Joud tells Aseel that her brother loves Aseel.

Umm Sultan tells Abu Hussein that she brought Shams a child to use it for begging. Nayef tries to persuade Abu Rashid to work for him, but it turns out that Salem beat Nayef to it and agreed with Abu Rashid to manage the board of directors. Al-Genny tries to search for the spy amongst his gang.
