Khaled admires Dr. Hind, and Mashael asks Amer to formally propose to her.

Khaled tells his brother Salem of his love for Hind, while Amer avoids marrying Mashael.

A patient dies in the hospital, and her husband tries to kill Hind. However, Khaled gets injured instead, and she agrees to marry him.

Salem falls ill, and the doctor tells him that his foot must be amputated so that the disease will not spread throughout his body, so Khaled is forced to postpone his marriage to Hind.

Hind supports Khaled in his brother's plight after his leg was amputated. Abu Hind gets to know Munira and decides to marry her, but the latter plans to seize his money.

Khaled and Hind get married, and the disease spreads throughout Salem's body, and he is forced to amputate his other leg. Abu Hind (Hind's father) resents Munira's disdain for their marital life.

Salem's psychological condition worsens after his legs are amputated, and Abu Hind gets angry about Munira's staying up late outside the house.

Salem is taken to the hospital due to his poor health condition, and Khaled tries to support his friend Majed after the death of his wife.

Munira's circumstances change, and she regrets what she did with Abu Hind. Hind is angry about Khaled's lack of interest in her and decides to return to work at the hospital, and Salem dies.

Abu Salem decides to wed Khaled to Tahani, Salem's widow. Hind tells Khaled she is pregnant.

Khaled hides from Hind his marriage to Tahani. Abu Khaled refuses to travel with his wife, Hind, so as not to leave Tahani and her son alone.

Hind discovers that Khaled and Tahani are married, and she collapses and miscarries.

The relationship between Khaled and Hind becomes tense, and she asks for a divorce.

Tahani seeks to tell Hind that her uncle forced her to marry Khaled. The latter's father dies, so Hind asks Khaled to divorce Tahani.

Khaled bids farewell to Hind and insists on continuing his life with Tahani after she becomes pregnant. As Hind disappears, he is later surprised by her return after a while and learns that she hid her pregnancy from him, but she dies after going into labor.
