Tension rises between the two lawyers, Mohsen and Sadek, who work for the famous lawyer Abbas Al Deeb. The painter Asfour is going through financial difficulty and can't pay the rent to the landlady, Na'ima.

Mohsen goes to Gulbhar on a business visit and sees her safe filled with money. He asks Asfour to help him rob the safe. Asfour gets caught while robbing Gulbhar and Mohsen is assigned to the case against Asfour on orders from his boss.

Gulbhar testifies against Asfour and he's sentenced to seven years in prison, where he meets Suwaify. Mohsen opens his own law office and completely ignores Asfour, he asks Sadek to work with him and bring all clients to his office.

Saleh hires Mohsen to defend him in a bribery case on Sadek's recommendation as Sadek takes commissions from Mohsen. Abbas wonders why he suddenly has fewer clients. Sadek incites discord between Abbas and Zinat in order to hire Mohsen instead.

Asfour gets beaten in prison and thinks of sending a message to Mohsen to rescue him. Sadek continues to poach Abbas' clients and send them to Mohsen. Master Haridy goes to Mohsen to help him with the decision to remove the floors of a building he owns.

In prison, Asfour meets Khudair, who is imprisoned in a money investment case, and Asfour convinces him to hire Mohsen to defend him. Khudair’s wife asks Mohsen to defend her husband. Dr. Burhan asks Mohsen to defend his daughter, who hit a guy and destroyed his booth.

The businessman Fayoumi is imprisoned and Asfour wants to get close to him. Mohsen defends Enas and is able to solve her problem. Zinat pursues Mohsen even though she is older than him.

Abbas fires Sadek after finding out that he is working with Mohsen. Enas has feelings for Mohsen but her mother, Asmahan, doesn't approve. Fayoumi's wife asks Mohsen to defend her husband.

Sultan gets imprisoned for drug dealing and meets Khudair and Fayoumi. Mohsen evades Zinat who tries to storm his office. Sultan worries about his daughter, Folla, and Asfour stands up against Al-Nemr in prison.

Mohsen visits Asfour in jail and asks him to persuade Al-Aqra' to hire him. Zinat clashes with Mohsen and tries to expose him, but he kicks her out. Asmahan reluctantly approves Enas' engagement to Mohsen. Mohsen is able to put Zinat in a mental hospital.

Mohsen marries Enas. Asfour meets Mansour who tells him that he's innocent and that he is worried about his children. Mohsen agrees to defend Sultan.

Mohsen visits Sultan in jail and asks for a million pounds to take his case. Asmahan drives away the patients at her husband's, Dr. Burhan, clinic because of her jealousy over him. Mohsen's influence and wealth increase because of his excessive fees.

Asmahan moves in with Enas after finding out that Burhan is cheating on her. Haifa threatens Burhan because he refuses to marry her. Sultan is concerned because of Mohsen's delay in filing for cassation.

Soha visits her father Mansour in jail. Enas asks her mother to take care of herself for Burhan's sake. Mohsen tells Folla that he can't get her father out, and he has to escape from jail.

Sultan agrees to the escape plan and pretends that he committed suicide to get transferred to the infirmary. Mohsen manages to help him escape with Sadek's help.

Asfour tries to find out what happened to Sultan. Mansour dies in jail. Mohsen asks Folla to help her father leave the country and he makes the police think that Sultan is dead.

Asfour is released from jail and pays his respects to Soha. Asfour goes to meet Enas and Mohsen and asks Mohsen for money.

Soha meets Mohsen to work in his office. Asfour is angry at Mohsen for all the years he has spent in jail because of him.

Soha and Asfour get closer and she wants to know how he ended up in jail. Enas suspects that Mohsen is seeing another woman. Folla wants Mohsen to help her father escape the country. Asfour wants two million pounds in compensation for his imprisonment.

Mohsen asks Asfour to leave the country to give him the money he wants. Asfour confesses to the prison warden that Mohsen was his accomplice in the robbery. Enas learns about Mohsen's crimes after meeting with Gulbhar. Mohsen and Sultan are arrested and sent to jail.
