When Hamed discovers that his daughter Nahid is about to give birth, he travels to see her, but she dies in childbirth. Hamed looks for Bahgat to take revenge on him but Bahgat takes his newborn daughter and escapes.

When Amal asks for a divorce, Hamed orders Assem to divorce his second wife Olfat. When Assem refuses, Hamed kicks him out and takes charge of raising his grandson Ra'faat.

Ra'faat grows up and takes charge of the ranch. As Olfat plots to seize Ra'faat's ranch, Assem tells her that he won't turn against his father in his final days. Ra'faat meets the new veterinarian.

Ra'faat discovers that Salwa is a physician, not a veterinarian. Hamed agrees to hire Salwa.

When Hamed orders Nahid to marry Ra'faat, Nahid asks Mady to propose to her. Amal discovers that Nahid is seeing Mady. When Ra'faat objects to Assem's decision to take the ranch away from him, Assem hits Ra'faat.

Bahgat encourages his daughter Salwa to get close to her grandfather. Salwa learns the truth about how her father married her mother for money from her maid.

When Salwa leaves the ranch, Ra'faat discovers that she quit. Ra'faat gets engaged to Nahid. Mady discovers that he loves Nahid. Nahid tries to convince Ra'faat that she loves him.

Bahgat returns from England and vows to restore his daughter's rights. Hamed looks for his granddaughter. When Bahgat tells Salwa his version of the story, Salwa tells him that she doesn't want any money from Hamed.

Assem harasses Ra'faat and puts obstacles in his way. When Salwa returns and asks to get her job back, Ra'faat refuses. Ra'faat manages to prevent a disaster in the ranch.

The family starts to think that Hamed wants to marry Salwa. Assem offers Salwa a job at a hospital to get her away from Hamed.

As Assem tries to help Salwa get a job, Mady tries to get close to Salwa. Hamed starts to suspect that Salwa is Nahid's daughter.

Mady continues to try to get close to Salwa. Souad suspects that Mady wants to marry Salwa. Souad and Salwa go to the ranch to see Hamed, much to Bahgat's fury.

When Ra'faat questions his grandfather about the rumors of his wish to marry Salwa, Hamed assures him that they aren't true. Ra'faat tells Hamed that he loves Salwa. Assem asks for Salwa's hand for Mady.

Salwa considers Mady's proposal. Hamed meets Salwa and Souad. Salwa is kidnapped.

Amal kidnaps Salwa and questions her on why she came to the ranch. When Hamed discovers that Salwa is missing, he calls the police. Salwa tells Amal part of the truth.

Hamed discovers that Salwa is his granddaughter. Ra'faat tries to help and protect Salwa. Hamed is transferred to the hospital as Ra'faat confesses his feelings for Salwa.

Souad suspects that Salwa is Ferial's daughter instead of Nahid's and decides to inform Hamed. Hamed tells Ra'faat to keep his love for Salwa a secret for a while.

Amal casts doubt on Nahid's pregnancy and tells Ra'faat that Salwa is an imposter. When Ra'faat confronts Salwa, she denies what Amal said. Osman is arrested.

Olfat accuses Osman of trying to kill her. Salwa tries to prove her paternity. When she questions Souad, the latter tells her that she doesn't know anything.

Hatem tells Bosaina that Salwa is her cousin. Ra'faat goes looking for Salwa when she disappears. When Assem and Olfat discover that Hamed is writing some of his fortune over to Salwa, Assem decides to put an interdict on Hamed.

When Souad asks Bahgat for a divorce, he tells her to put it off till he restores Salwa's rights. Amal refuses to acknowledge Salwa's paternity. Bahgat tells Salwa that she is Nahid's daughter.

Hamed refuses to listen to Amal when she tries to convince him that Salwa isn't his granddaughter. Osman is disappointed that Hamed is squandering their inheritance. Osman feels betrayed when Hamed tries to find a middle ground with Assem and Olfat.

Salwa agrees to marry Mady. Hamed learns of Assem's interdiction case. Mady helps Hatem get a job as a TV announcer.

Hamed tells his lawyer that he won't defend himself against Assem's lawsuit. Hamed discovers that the lawyer didn't register his will. Ra'faat meets Bahgat and passes a message from Hamed.

Hamed sends a document that proves that Assem forged a death certificate for Salwa when she was a newborn. Olfat tries to convince Assem to go through with the interdiction.

Osman instructs his men to kill Bahgat once he arrives at the village. Salwa wants to leave and give her share of the inheritance to Assem, but Hamed orders her to stay.

Bahgat exposes Osman who gets arrested. Hamed hires a lawyer to defend Osman. Bahgat learns of the interdiction lawsuit. Hamed is released from the hospital.

When Khamis goes to see Ferial, he discovers that she has gone insane. Hamed and Ra'faat encourage the ranch's workers to rebel against Assem. Bahgat tells Assem that he has proof that Salwa is Nahid's daughter.

Khamis threatens Bahgat to reveal that Salwa isn't Nahid's daughter. Souad is sure that Salwa's real name is Ahlam and that she is Ferial's daughter.

Salwa is afraid of Amal. Mady apologizes to Ra'faat and Salwa. Souad tells Salwa that she is not Nahid's daughter.

Hamed tells Amal her father's entire story. Salwa informs everyone that she is not Nahid's daughter and goes to see Ferial, but the latter tells her that she is not her daughter. Bahgat tells Salwa that Ferial's daughter died in the womb.

Assem discovers that his father had his back in the livestock deal. Khamis kills the one guy who knows the truth about what Assem and Olfat did and Bahgat is framed for the murder.

Assem drops the interdiction lawsuit. Ra'faat and Hamed prove that Salwa is Nahid's daughter and heir. Hamed vows to make everything up to Salwa. Assem divorces Olfat who gets arrested.
